  1. Reduce Energy Consumption: Reducing energy consumption can be one of the most impactful step. It can save money and cause less damage on environment. You can do it by turning off lights, fans etc. when your not there to use them. We can use eco friendly electronic devices.
  2. Use Reusable Products: Ditch plastic products like bags, bottles, cups etc. in favors of alternative reusable products and make a commitment to use them regularly. We can also shop local products, it can reduces carbon emissions associated with transportation.
  3. Eat Plant Based Diet: People are eating meat based diet on regular basis now days which are causing gas emissions, which is bad for environment. Try eating plant based diet few times a week and explore new plant based recipes.
  4. Compost: Composting is a great way to reduce waste and make rich nutrient soil for pharming & your garden. It combats climate change, prevents soil erosion and promotes healthier plant growth etc.
NOTE: A human consumes 550 to 700grams of oxygen on daily basis and a tree makes 1.2kg of oxygen daily.
